2013 China International Education Cooperation and Innovation Expo

Background:

The “2013 China International Education Cooperation and Innovation Expo” will be held from Oct. 25th to Oct. 27th in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. The Expo is one of the largest and most renowned national education expos in western China. Supported by the Western China International Fair and Education Forum for Asia Annual Conference, the theme of the Expo is “International Communication and Cooperation, Innovation and Creations”.

The Expo is being hosted by the Education Forum for Asia Annual Conference, and the Sichuan Bureau of Expo Affairs. The education sectors of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City will also provide their support accordingly. The Expo is expected to strengthen international educational communication and cooperation, introduce some new and effective educational resources, and increase the level of exchanges among all the attendees.

During the Expo, numerous overseas educational institutions, education sectors of embassies (consulates) in China, visa offices, well-known higher education institutions, secondary education institutions, vocational education institutions and international education investment and financing organizations will hold briefing sessions, recommending their educational products and high-quality investment and financing resources. The Expo is expected to attract more than 200,000 attendees in total.

The Expo has been listed as one of the key support projects of the Western China International Fair.

Charges

1. Standard Booth

Package includes: Expo site; three booth panel boards; a negotiation table; two chairs; two spotlights; a fascia overhead board; a 220V power outlet (500W limited)

1. Blank site: RMB 1800/m2 ; at least 36 m2 on rent (without the package)
2. Discount: Companies registered at the official website before Sept. 30th, 2013 will enjoy a 10 % discount; there will be no discount available for those registered after Sept. 30th

Conference Journal Fees

Register Procedures

1. Please fill in the “Expo Application Form” and return the form with your official seal to the organizing committee via email or fax;
2. Please issue the Expo charges to the committee bank account within 7 working days after you receive your receipt and fax us your remittance slip;
3. Companies that register and pay early shall get their choice of booth location on a first come, first serve basis. If the organizing committee doesn’t receive the fees within 7 working days, the committee has the right to adjust the booth location or no longer reserve the booth for the company;
4. Company can only confirm their booth and advertisement after their payment has been received. The organizing committee will send each company the “Exhibitor Manual” a month prior to the Expo. The exhibitor manual will include exhibition notice, hotel reception, transportation notices, and all other relevant information. This will enable you to conduct your activities more effectively. If the exhibitor withdraws from the Expo, a portion of the initial payment will be refunded while a portion will be used to cover incurred expenses.
5. Exhibitor shall not rent or change its booth without the permission of the organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel eligibility without refund.

Promotion

1. The event will make use of TV media, print media and network media, and receive wide distribution. We will cooperate with CCTV, SCTV, People’s Daily, China Education Daily, People.com.cn, Xinhua Net, Phoenix Net, Sina, Hexun, Sohu, Western Education Net, China Education Online and other media outlets to publish three-dimensional, multi-angle and comprehensive news reports.
2. We will invite industry insiders and a professional audience to visit the Expo via Western China International Fair and the education authorities in Sichuan.

Service

1. Exhibitors will receive one free admission to the opening reception banquet;
2. Exhibitors can post a company introduction to the Expo conference journal; exhibitors can also have a colored insert advertisement for free (the exhibitor should provide the designed document in PDF or TIF, advertisement shall be sized in 285mm*210mm, document size 216mm*291mm, no characters or pictures around 15mm, minimum resolution 300 dpi, color CYMK);
3. Exhibitor’s name and logo will be published on the expo’s official website;
4. Exhibitor will receive a conference journal of the Education Forum for Asia.
