Mr. Li Jinkui has devoted many years to teaching history of science and technology and history of technological philosophy. He has studied finance tax，city design, tourism planning. He has also hosted the research and consultation concerned with city management and urbanization of rural areas. He was invited to be a consultant in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Chongqing and so on.

李津逵，中国综合开发研究院城市经营研究中心主任研究员。中国城市经济学会理事、清华大学麻省理工学院“城市思想者”研修计划首席学监、北京大学景观设计学研究院客座教授、深圳市城市化研究会副会长、深圳市委市政府决策咨询委员。

李津逵研究员主持的城市战略与城市经营研究咨询项目有：漳州市城市化战略、深圳2030年发展策略城市功能演进与土地经营策略、德州东部新区发展战略、顺德新城区发展策略、重庆永川市城市化发展战略、重庆九龙坡区西北五镇旅游产业策划、深圳南山区旅游产业总体策划、深圳蛇口片区城市更新策略研究、深圳市盐田区城中村改造方案、深圳宝安区旧城改造战略等。

在咨询中提出创新型的政策建议的同时，并结合各地城市化的不同问题组织力量开展专题的研究。如经济城市化与社会城市化的协调、国家城市化与民间城市化的互动、加速城市化中如何构建和谐社会、城中村在控制营商成本提升竞争力中的巨大价值、土地批租制的“五种透支”缺陷，作为政府资产负债优化的城市经营，以人为本的城市设计，失地农民如何参与和分享城市化，提升城市和谐竞争力所必需的政府治理创新等。

李津逵认为在加速城市化过程中构建和谐社会，案例研究尤其重要。在为北京大学景观学研究院开设的《景观社会学》课程中运用校外指导教师、学生分组作业、社会学调查和案例研讨方法，该课程成为最受欢迎课程之一。他所组织调查的德州经济开发区旧村改造中农民参与的案例，受到中国市长协会的高度重视，在2006年全国市长代表大会上向全国市长推介获得热烈反响，并获2006年度十大政府创新案例奖。大量的案例研究也使他的授课密切联系实际，在第40期、42期全国市长班上，他的课程获得好评。

专著《城市经营的十大抉择》2002年由海天出版社出版，并被多家网上书店发布，反响积极。书中观点被广泛引用和转载。

先后毕业于北方交通大学、清华大学。
