Bill McCallum graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Nursing) from Massey University in New Zealand in 1981. He went on to become Head of Department (Nursing) at Taranaki Polytechnic (New Plymouth) and quickly rose the ranks to become deputy CEO and director academics (planning and programmes) from 1989-1995. In 1996 he became Chief Executive Officer and Director at the Pacific International Hotel Management School (New Plymouth) where he was responsible for the academic, operations and administration direction and leadership as well as gaining accreditation of the school as a private tertiary provider. 2004-2006 he became one of five directors as Joint Governance and now continues at the Pacific International Hotel Management School in his present role as Managing Director. Bill McCallum has a wealth of experience in management and business development having directed a number of private companies as well as being a trustee of numerous private and organizational trusts. He is also a certified teacher and a registered psychiatric nurse.
